Privacy rights in Indonesia are guaranteed by the constitution from 1945 with the latest revision in 2002.

Right to Privacy in Indonesia

Law No. 11 of 2008 regarding Information and Electronic Transactions (the IET Law). Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 1/POJK of July 2013 on Protection for Financial Service Sector Consumer (Financial Services Regulation 1/2013). Minister of Communication and Informatics Regulation No. 21 of 2013 on Provision of Content Provider Service on Mobile Cellular and Wireless Local Networks with Limited Mobility as amended by Minister of Communication and Informatics Regulation No. 10 of 2014 (MoCI Reg. 21/2013).
